We've simplified the process to get booked in to the Canine Bodywork Clinic. Please follow the easy 3 step process below and you'll be able to book in via our Pata booking system once verified:

Download your Vet Consent Form
Once downloaded, please complete the top half of the form with your information and your Vet can complete the bottom half.

Upload your paperwork
Scan/photograph and attach your completed Vet consent Form and any relevant information and medical history and send it to us.
3
Complete your profile
We’ll confirm your account and email you a booking link to complete your setup and manage all your bookings.
